Why Are the Projects Important To the Theme?
-Set of Three: I had never made a plate before and it helped me learn how to have three different projects all be cohesive but slightly different in their own ways. My plate also had a huge crack down the middle, which youwould find in nature, so it fit well with my theme because nature isnt perfect.
-Vase: I had only made one vase before that was very small and this was my first big project. It also had small flaws in the surface and was glazed in green which is a peaceful color and the flaws are natural flaws.
-Bowls: One of my bowls was all black but the colors varied around the lip, and like nature, nothing is one pure color. My other bowl is white with green dripping. Water drips down leaf petals and down windows, and dripping is a natural form, so it would be a natural thing to find and is very simple.
-Teapot: I left the marks of where I attached the spout and handle which is imperfect just like nature.
-Teacups:The teacups are green, like nature, and the glaze is thinner in some spots and isnt all the same.
-Mug with Altered Handle: The Handle is simple and isnt complex and doesnt have a lot of design. It is very simple.
